FOR ORGANIZATIONS & TEAMS

Healthier workplaces start with your people.

Organizations invest heavily in strategy, technical expertise, and preparing for what's next. But lasting success depends on something else, too: your people.

Whether I’m developing your managers, strengthening a leadership team, or helping your organization navigate change, every engagement is designed around your goals and grounded in the realities of your workplace.

I’ll meet you where you are with thoughtful, practical coaching and facilitation that creates meaningful change, not just good conversations.

“Ellen is exceptional. We needed someone who could help us become more effective both as individual leaders and as a team. Ellen connects the strategic and operational demands of the work with the human dynamics that actually determine whether any of it gets done well. Our team left the retreat with meaningfully stronger communication, and a real shift in how we lead.”

Ways to Work Together

for mid-level managers

The Grounded Leadership Program

Mid-level managers carry a lot. The Grounded Leadership Program gives them the support and practical tools to lead well without running themselves into the ground.

Designed for mid-level managers, this program develops the skills that make good management more human and more sustainable.

Participants learn how to build trust, support team members as individuals, navigate healthy conflict, and stay grounded in their values when the work gets complicated. They also have space to learn alongside other managers who are navigating many of the same challenges.

The program combines in-person intensives, 90-minute virtual workshops, group coaching, and individualized support. Participants complete the DiSC assessment and identify their core values, then put what they’re learning into practice throughout the nine months.

Cohorts include up to 10 participants, and I work with your organization to adapt the program to your team’s specific needs and goals.

“Ellen helped lead our recent Leadership Team Retreat. I truly believe we grew as individuals and as a team thanks to her expertise and disarming style.”
