COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS

You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Through one-on-one coaching, I help you slow down long enough to hear yourself think, so you can reflect, gain perspective, and act on what you find.

Whether you’re looking for coaching yourself or want to invest in the growth and development of someone on your team, you’ll have a dedicated, trusted space to step back from the day-to-day and focus on what matters most.

Together, we’ll reconnect with your strengths and values, get honest about what’s getting in the way, and find a way of working and leading that feels both effective and sustainable.

“I began working with Ellen for executive coaching upon my return from FMLA due to severe burnout. Having her support as I returned to work in a high-pressure leadership role was invaluable and much of the work has helped me not only navigate my return to work but to now thrive in my role.”

– Marinda Reynolds, Senior Associate Vice President, Alumni Relations, The University of Connecticut Foundation

Coaching that meets you where you are.

Coaching can help when you’re:

  • Navigating a significant career or leadership transition

  • Stepping into a new role or redefining how you want to lead

  • Recovering from burnout or looking for a more sustainable way to work

  • Feeling stuck and unsure about what’s getting in the way

  • Ready for something to change but unsure what comes next

After working together, you’ll:

  • Have a clearer sense of what matters most and how you want to work and lead

  • Make decisions with more confidence and less second-guessing

  • Reconnect with your values, capacity, and strengths

  • Have practical tools for navigating conversations, priorities, and change

  • Lead and work in ways that are more sustainable for you and the people around you

A space to think. A coach who gets it.

I spent nearly two decades leading teams myself, so I know that the challenges you bring to coaching rarely have simple answers.

I’m not going to pretend I have all the answers or give you any “shoulds.” I’ll help you get honest about what’s working and what isn’t, understand what you actually want from your work, and figure out what you can do to make that happen. And when a practical tool or framework can help, I’ll bring that in too.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Our conversations are confidential and grounded in care, respect, and your goals.
